Liquigas Sport S.p.A. is a company, where Liquigas S.p.A., is present at 100%, created to manage a professional team. It has founded on 13 July 2004 and is seated in Brescia with a secondary and administrative seat in Milan.


Furthermore the operative seat of the "Liquigas" Cycling Team is located in San Donà di Piave (VE).

The direction is committed to Dott. Paolo Dal Lago (President of Liquigas Sport and Managing Director of Liquigas S.p.A.), Dott. Roberto Capelluto (Managing Director of Liquigas Sport and General Vice Director of Liquigas S.p.A.) and Roberto Amadio (Managing Director of Liquigas Sport and Team Manager).

The company has a committee of external auditors (as requested by Italian law) and is subjected to the sporting teams'rules besides to FCI and UCI regulations.
